I have MS Office 16 on Mac, but it`s installed in the computer and in everything that matters is mine, as in “I own it,” not as in “I graciously provided it as a service for simple mortals like me by MS.” So I have “Office,” but as nothing I don`t have access to “365.” The fully amended agreement, which is linked to the beginning of Article MS, which in turn is tied to the top of me, “Office” generally does not list among the “services” but only “Office 365” and “Office 365” corresponding Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., so that products and services could contain as much from Office software through hotmail/Msn/Outlook email accounts to other Microsoft offers – hardware or software.
