We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable restricted license to use the programs solely for the development, denudation, prototyping and demonstration of your applications, as well as to run programs and applications for your own internal data processing operations. You are not allowed to use the programs for any purpose other than those authorized by this Agreement. If you wish to use the programs for purposes other than those provided for by this Agreement, you should contact us or an Oracle reseller to obtain the corresponding license. We can check your use of the programs. You acknowledge that we are not authorized to create a production version of the program and that any development effort or use of the programs you make will be at your own risk. Program documentation, if available, may be available online at www.oracle.com/technology/tech/ux All rights not expressly granted above are reserved here. If you wish to use the programs for purposes other than those provided for in this Agreement, including, but not limited to the dissemination of programs or the use of programs for commercial purposes (excluding the development, testing, prototyping and demonstration of your applications) or for commercial purposes, you must obtain a valid license to use them. Oracle can monitor your program usage. Program documentation, if available, can be accessed online at docs.oracle.com/en/. We grant you a non-exclusive right and a license for the use of the programs exclusively for your commercial, development and testing purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may authorize third parties to use the programs, subject to the terms of this Agreement, provided that this use by third parties is reserved for your activity. You agree that this agreement is the complete agreement for programs and licences and that this agreement replaces all prior or concurrent agreements or assurances. If a clause in this agreement proves invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect.
Oracle licenses and limitations grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the internal use of programs, subject to the restrictions set out in this Agreement, exclusively for your business activities and any third-party training in these transactions.
